At NutraRegen™, a brand of OrganiPet BioLabs, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, and replacements are handled. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
30-Day Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered, except where required by law.
- To be eligible for return, items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Eligibility
- Eligible: First-time purchases of individual products and standard bundles (2–3 units).
- Not eligible: Bulk orders of four (4) or more units, repeat purchases of the same product, or promotional/discounted clearance sales.
- Subscriptions: Only the first subscription order is covered by the 30-day guarantee. Subscriptions may be canceled or modified anytime prior to the next renewal date through your account dashboard.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Authorization Number (RAN ID)
All returns must be authorized.
- Customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN ID) within the 30-day period.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense, with no refund issued.
- If a valid RAN ID is issued and NutraRegen does not receive the return within 30 days of issuance, we reserve the right to cancel the RAN ID and withhold any refund.
- Customers may cancel a RAN ID prior to shipping by providing written notice.
Refund Process
- Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 30 business days of return approval.
- If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received funds, please contact us.
Shipping Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
- Please retain all packaging and evidence of damage for claims.
- NutraRegen is not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by shipping carriers once the product has been dispatched.
Non-Compliance
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:
- The return does not comply with the conditions outlined above.
- Evidence of fraud, abuse of the satisfaction guarantee, or misuse of the product is identified.
